Celebrate autumn at Schmitt Family Farm with pumpkin picking, hayrides, apple cider donuts, roasted corn, and fun-filled activities for the whole family. It’s a seasonal tradition you won’t want to miss!

Fall fun, rain or shine. Schmitt's Family Farm on Bagatelle has been featured on CBS 2 NY as the Best Pumpkin Picking on Long Island! Experience autumn at The Farm, conveniently located in Western Suffolk County, just 1/4 mile north of the LIE on Bagatelle Road in Dix Hills.

Pumpkin Picking: Enjoy the full pumpkin-picking experience without the long drive.

Fall Sweets and Treats: Savor seasonal favorites like pies, candy apples, apple cider donuts, roasted corn, fresh apple cider, apple pie Moscow Mule Mocktails and more.

Fall Decorations: Shop hay, cornstalks, mums, ornamental kale and cabbage, and other seasonal decorations to keep your yard looking festive.

Activities & Rides: Take a hayride or hop on the animal train ride, or enter the Duck Race!

Admission & Hours:

  • Farm Entrance: Free
  • Pumpkin Patch Admission: $5
  • Hours: Monday-Sunday, 11 AM–4 PM (Pumpkin Patch closes 30 minutes before the farm).
