Tortuga Juniper is a very tough dwarf coniferous shrub that forms a fluffy low mound of jade green needle-like foliage.  The heavy crop of small blue-purple berries persist in fall and winter.  Best planted in full sun and well-drained soils.  Tortuga can tolerate deer, drought, salt, urban pollution, and black walnut!
