Flame Azalea is a large native deciduous shrub with a loosely upright habit and simple green foliage that turns yellow-red in fall.  Its loose flower trusses can be fiery shades of yellow, orange, or red bloom in mid to late spring.  Best grown in part sun and rich, moist, acidic well-drained soils.
