Gorizia Rosemary is an upright evergreen shrub with aromatic dark green needle-like foliage that is nearly double the average size and is commonly used for cooking.  Tiny light blue flowers bloom along the leaf axils in spring through summer.  Best grown in full sun and slightly acidic well-drained soils.  Gorizia will add a slightly pungent savory flavor similar to ginger with pepper.
