Summer Cascade Wisteria is a native deciduous climbing vine with sweetly fragrant hanging panicles. The long drooping raceme sporting deep lavender pea-like flowers bloom on new wood in late spring to early summer, and again in late summer, attracting bees and butterflies in droves. Flat velvety seedpods follow the flowers. Blooms best in full sun and well-drained soil.
