Electric Dianthus is a compact mat-forming perennial with narrow icy blue-green foliage and heavy flowering. The abundant, spicy scented, rich red fully double flowers bloom from late spring into summer, and can rebloom in late summer if deadheaded. Blooms best in full sun and slightly alkaline, moist, and well-drained soil.
