Firecracker Mountain Laurel is a dwarf multi-stemmed evergreen shrub with a dense mounded habit and glossy dark green foliage. Showy clusters of deep red buds open to soft pink or white cup-shaped flowers with maroon markings that bloom from late spring into summer. Flowers best with part shade and rich, moist, well-drained acidic soils.
