Emerald Blue Creeping Phlox is a low-growing evergreenperennialnative to the eastern and central states. The dark green awl-shaped foliage is nearly covered by the dense carpet of pale violet-blue flowers that bloom in spring. Best flowering infull sunand rich, moist, well-drained soils. Powdery mildew resistant and drought tolerant.
